Shipping policy
Delivery costs
Delivery is free for orders in the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. To upgrade to faster shipping, delivery costs will vary per item(s) depending on size and weight but are capped for orders over £50. Delivery outside the UK is capped at £12.95 for Europe and £19.95 for USA / ROW respectively.
Your items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as Standard with the option to upgrade to Tracked 24. Wholesale Orders will be sent via DPD courier. Non-domestic shipping will be sent via Royal Mail, Standard International Shipping with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery times
I aim to ship within 1-3 business days, and will always endeavour to ship as quickly as possible.
Once the item is shipped, approximate delivery times for the UK and Ireland are 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Non-domestic packages are sent as 'International Small Parcels' via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked post.
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Western Europe: 3-5 working days
Eastern Europe: 5-7 working days
USA/Rest of the World: 5-14 working days. Please be aware that this can be longer for remote areas / non major cities.
International delivery (Including EU) - Additional Charges
If you live outside the UK, please be aware you may be required to pay local customs or duty charges. These charges (and any time taken whereby the items are held up at customs) are completely outside my control. Please allow for this during busy periods e.g. Christmas. It is your responsibility to pay any charges / taxes incurred in your own country to receive your items.
***Please note as of 1st July 2021, items shipped to the EU may be subject to VAT/import duties upon delivery via the Shipping Carrier in your country***
Packaging
In a bid to reduce waste, we will sometimes reuse and recycle packaging to ship our items. We are moving towards not buying in any plastic for packaging and instead try and reuse what comes our way and pack with recyclable paper and card packing supplies.
