Minimum Order Value
The minimum opening wholesale order is £100, re-order minimum is £75. All minimum order values exclude delivery charges.

Invoicing
Payment is required in full before orders are dispatched, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed. Online Orders via your Wholesale Account can be paid for by credit/debit card.

Delivery & Carriage
A flat-rate delivery charge of £10 applies to orders delivered within the UK. Free UK delivery is available for orders of £200 or more.

Lead Times
Most orders ship within 5-10 working days, subject to stock availability. Please note some items are made to order, and you will be notified of any longer lead times.

For Deliveries outside the UK - please contact me.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact me as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes where production, picking or packing has not yet commenced. Any damaged, faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of your order.

Minimum quantities vary by product and are shown in the current catalogue, price list and order form.

Greetings Cards & Gift Wrap - Solds in 6s per design
Cosmetic Bags & Cushions - Sold in 2s (can be assorted colourways)
Kitchen Towels - Sold in 4s (can be assorted colourways)
Notecard Packs - Sold in 3s (can be assorted)
Art Prints - Sold in 1s

Retailers are welcome to mix designs across the range to create a considered selection for customers, while meeting minimum quantities.
