I hope you will be very happy with your purchases from my shop.

However, if there is a problem with your order, I can offer an exchange or refund on your purchases. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@siansummerhayes.com to let me know if you would like to make a return or exchange. Please include your order number, name, address and reason for return. I will then provide return address details as required.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Items can be returned to me in their original condition within 21 days of delivery and a refund can then be made but shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs as proof of damage. I will issue a replacement or refund, as you wish.

For overseas items that fail to arrive, replacements will be considered after 1 month from the date of the original shipment, in order to allow for the original parcel to arrive.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address before submitting your order. Please also read product descriptions and look at the photos carefully, I have described my products as accurately as possible.
