Cottage Inspirations

There is a lot of inspiration to take from my surroundings here and specifically the old cottage I live in. The crumbling walls, the hillside setting, how embedded this place physically is in to the hillside and the wild foliage and flowers that bed in and grow in strength all around. 

It is wild in places but romantic and home-y. There is so much to paint here. My new favourite thing is collecting small cuttings for painting and also using them in product photoshoots for cards. But also just having them around all week, so pretty and uplifting.
